Puppy Adoption, Deposits & Reservation Process.
Reservation Deposit: A reservation deposit of £300.00 is required to reserve your chosen puppy. This deposit forms part of the total adoption fee and is deducted from the final balance.
- Payment Method: Reservation deposits may be made by bank transfer using the account details we provide or via Sendwave, in accordance with our payment instructions.
- Reservation Confirmation:Â Once your reservation has been confirmed, your chosen puppy will be marked as Reserved, removed from further availability, and no longer offered to other interested families.
Puppy Selection, Change of Choice & Refund:
Reservation deposits are fully refundable should you change your mind, or if upon meeting the Puppy, he/she does not meet your expectations or prove to be the right fit for your home. In such cases, you may also choose another suitable puppy from our available litter if preferred.
That said, this is rarely the case, as our puppies consistently form strong bonds with their new families and adapt exceptionally well to home environments. At this stage, they have already received age-appropriate training and socialisation, helping them transition smoothly into well-mannered, loving household companions.
