Note: If bank transfer services are temporarily unavailable or experiencing high traffic, you may use WorldRemit/Remitly as an alternative payment method.

1. WorldRemit / Remitly – Mobile Wallet

You can make your payment to us using the WorldRemit or Remitly app through a mobile wallet. This method is fast, simple, and convenient.

Procedure:

  1. Open the WorldRemit or Remitly app.
  2. Select the option to send money to a mobile wallet.
  3. Enter the recipient details we provide.
  4. Enter the required payment amount.
  5. Review the transaction details and complete the payment.
  6. Send us the transaction confirmation or reference number.
  7. We will verify and confirm your payment.

2. Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is one of our accepted payment methods.

Procedure:

  1. Request our bank account details from our payment team.

  2. Use the provided account information to make the transfer through your bank.

  3. Enter the correct payment amount and reference/details provided by our team.

  4. Complete the transfer and keep your transaction receipt.

  5. Send us the payment confirmation or receipt so we can verify your payment.

  6. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will proceed with your order/service.

3. Wire Transfer

Wire transfer is also accepted, particularly as an alternative if regular bank transfer services are unavailable or the bank is experiencing high traffic or saturation.

Procedure:

  1. Request our wire transfer details from our payment team.

  2. Provide the required information to your bank.

  3. Initiate the wire transfer for the exact amount specified.

  4. Keep your transfer receipt or confirmation.

  5. Send the confirmation to us for verification.

  6. We will confirm your payment once the funds have been received.

Note: Wire transfers may take longer to process depending on the banks involved.

4. Apple Gift Card

We also accept payment through Apple Gift Cards.

Procedure:

  1. Purchase an Apple Gift Card for the required amount.

  2. Make sure the gift card is valid and has not been redeemed.

  3. Send us the gift card details as instructed by our payment team.

  4. Keep your original purchase receipt until the payment has been confirmed.

  5. We will verify the gift card and confirm the payment.

  6. Once confirmed, we will proceed with your order/service.
